Cooking Steps
- Boil the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Saute garlic, sweet onion, carrot and celery until tender.
- Insert meat stir-fry until cooked, add water, stir.
- Add half of tomato sauce, then season to taste with pepper, salt, oregano, beef broth powder and sugar, stir well, bring to a boil.
- Add the remaining tomato sauce, simmer for 30 minutes thicken with cornstarch until the sauce becomes red.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
